Gilead Homes specialises in providing 24hrs quality supported/ Semi-independent living services for young people aged 16+ who may have various degrees of challenges or anti-social behaviours which is not acceptable to the norms and values of the society. We also provide independent living accommodation for Refugees, Asylum seekers and unaccompanied minors from oversee. Essential local amenities such as grocery shops, shopping malls, railway stations, Tube DLR stations, bus stops, Hospitals and GP surgery are all easily accessible from our facility.

We understand that transitioning from residential care or foster care can be a traumatising and complex experience for young people transitioning into adult life, this is part of the reasons this service was established to help them adjust and fully integrate into the larger society.
